Description & Services
DescriptionPrenatal Classes are offered to help participants gain a better understanding of topics realted to pregancy such as the process of labour and birth, comfort measures and coping, early newborn care and safety, breastfeeding, what to expect after baby is born, and community resources. 
If you are having difficulty or with to breastfeed for the first time we offer a breastfeeeding class led by a Public Health Nurse. Registration is required. 
Life with A Newborn is a class offered after baby is born to share your experiences and talk about life as a new parent. Offered the 4th Tuesday of the month, registration is required.

DatesPrenatal Classes (4 sessions each, series held bimonthly) 7pm-9pm at the Ontario Early Years Centre in Caledonia.
