DescriptionA full service 106 bed community hospital providing 24-hour Emergency care; includes 45 chronic beds.

Diagnostic and treatment services for people have acute life-threatening injuries or severe illness

Treatment services for non-life threatening injuries or illnesses that cannot wait for a family doctor, such as infections, earaches, eye injuries, sprains and strains, broken bones, cuts, fever, minor burns, and nose and throat complaints

Geriatric Assessment Clinic at the Surgical Day Care Unit located on the 2nd floor * Provides internal and geriatric medicine to seniors (60 years and over) * Purpose is to assess the frail complicated elderly, to assess functional level and quality of life issues, to assess "geriatric syndrome" including incontinence, falls, weight loss, poly pharmacy, depression, memory loss, and behavioural problems and to provide caregiver support and education
