DescriptionPrenatal classes are offered to help participants gain a better understanding of topics related to pregnancy such as *the process of labour and birth *pain management and comfort measures *early newborn care and safety *breastfeeding *what to expect after baby is born *community resources 
If you are having difficulty or wish to breastfeed for the first time we offer a breastfeeding class led by a public health nurse. Registration Required 1-866-463-2759. 
Life with a Newborn- open discussion and a time to share your experiences. 4th Wednesday of each month. Registration Required 1-866-463-2759.

Prenatal Classes (4 sessions each series held monthly) 7pm-9pm:  
Simcoe and Caledonia held at the- Ontario Early Years Centre.
