DescriptionSupports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services 
 
Supports for peole who are culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened, and hard of hearing  
 
Ontario Interpreter Services - Professional sign-language interpreters * set fee - organizations and businesses are responsible for the cost of making their services accessible no matter who requests the interpretation service * advance booking preferred * emergency service available 
 
CONNECT - Mental health counselling, including abuse, addictions, relationship breakdown, and legal advocacy for people who are deal, oral deaf, deafened, and hard-of-hearing, and their families 
 
General Support Services - Supportive counselling, special assistance, case management, and advocacy for people with a hearing loss * assistance with government services * helps clients overcome life issues
