DescriptionSupports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services 
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with various physical challenges, frail, socially isolated people, and those with early stage Alzheimers or dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care 
* meals 
* foot care 
* blood pressure and weight monitoring 
Services for an additional fee: 
* hair care 
* paraffin wax therapy (to soothe muscle and joint pain) 
* whirlpool bathing 
Aphasia program is co-ordinated by a Speech Language Pathologist, offering supported conversation groups for those with aphasia 
Exercise component facilitated by Kinesiologist 
SAFE ZONE Congregate exercise program located in Brantford and throughout Brant County - call for locations
HoursPrograms: Mon-Sat 9am-3pm * Tue 1pm-7pm  
Aphasia program: Tue and Thu mornings 8 Wed afternoons 
Safe Zone: community based exercise programs offered at various locations and hours throughout Brantford and Brant County. Call for locations
