Description

Description (Service)

Family Services Counselling Program - provides professional, caring and confidential therapy to individuals, couples and families. Therapists are experienced at helping people work through issues in a timely manner, using an approach that focuses on solutions. Assistance is available for issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, separation/divorce, self-esteem, sexual issues, and domestic violence


Partner Assault Response Program (PAR) 12-week group education and counselling program on intimate partner violence and non-abusive ways of resolving conflict. Survivors/partners of the offender provided with support including safety planning, referrals to community resources, and information on offender's progress


Direct Accountability Program (DAP) - adult diversion program is provided only to individuals deemed eligible and referred by the Crown Attorney's Office
