Description (Service) Family services offering food bank, basic needs and support services to low-income individuals and families in crisis 
 
Housing Help - services available for low-income families and individuals of Haldimand and Norfolk communities * Self-referrals are accepted * Contact for more information on help if you are facing eviction, homeless, or seeking affordable accommodations 
 
Housing Stability Bank - a financial assistance program for residents of Haldimand and Norfolk Counties * This program offers funding to eligible families and individuals facing eviction or utility disconnection * This is an application process that can be initiated by contacting The Salvation Army 
 
Financial Partnership Program - a voluntary money management program available to individuals and families receiving Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program income
